About The Bear...

I am currently a student at the University of Tennessee's Culinary Institute, I graduated high school in May 2010 and I'm working my way up in the world by doing what I love most! I have been baking and cooking ever sense I've been tall enough to reach the counter in my family's kitchen. Even when I was younger than that my mom tells me that before I could barely fudge a sentence I would request to watch 'cooking shows' instead of cartoons! However now, lets just say I'm making up for the lost time.

I am a vegetarian so everything I fix does not have meat in it, that includes bacon and fish, but that doesn't mean that you can't add it yourself if you want!
